OK – I was screensharing on a Skype call today and annoying had to abandon the call and start another as I had no idea how to change a Skype browser screen-sharing window halfway through the call so that the other person on the call would see another browser window.
So I did a quick search online and found no articles on how to switch screens during a Skype call – but I did find a video explanation. Here’s what I eventually found on screensharing and changing to a new screen during a call;

When you want to change to a new screensharing window – simply go down to the screen sharing icon at the bottom. Click the screen icon – then you will be presented with STOP SHARING or CHANGE SCREENS! That’s it people!
