A Good God Would Not Allow Suffering in Hell

It’s an interesting idea. But then it would be worth asking why a our God – a good God – does in fact allow of all kinds of unimaginable horror and suffering here on earth to innocent people of all ages and all races and all backgrounds. In order to make the above assertion we must be able to answer this question. But one thing we cannot say is that hell doesn’t exist because God would not allow that kind of suffering as he clearly does here on earth.

little-devil-illustrationAnd I’m not just talking about the bad people, as we all know they eventually get their comeuppance either here or on judgement day – or the next life as many Christians believe – I’m talking innocent (as far as a human can be) children, babies, men and women from all walks of life, from all faiths, from all backgrounds, countries and continents and ethnicities. Thousands and thousands of innocent people have suffered fates comparable to hell here on earth.
