What is The Mark of The Beast?

How do I know what The Mark of The Beast is? OK – because the Bible does not say exactly or explicitly what this ‘mark’ is, there are as you would expect a 100 different views on what The Mark of The Beast is, and that alone should tell us something.

It tells us that we should stop trying to figure it out. But surely that’s irresponsible?.. surely we need to know what it is exactly? Nope and here’s why. Let’s see what The Bible DOES say unequivocally about The Mark of The Beast.

Later in the text The Bible tells us explicitly what The Mark of The Best will cause to happen, and here there is no question. In other words, when we see this particular thing happen, at that point we will know we are looking at The Mark. So what is this event or thing that will tell us?

How you’ll know The Mark of The Beast when it appears (proving to date it hasn’t!)

The Bible says; “that no one without the mark could buy or sell without it.” So there we have it – if a chip comes on the market and you can still buy and sell – it isn’t The Mark – period! We can stop worrying about wether we have taken it or not and wait for this buying and selling scenario to happen which will tell us what we are dealing with. And it makes perfect sense. It’s not The Mark itself or the form it takes that is the problem – that is largely irrelevant – card, chip, tattoo or whatever and too much breath is wasted trying to answer this. It’s the division that The Mark will cause between sheep and goats, and which side we choose to be on that will causes all those that take it to be rejected by God.

The Mark will be a life and death choice to separate sheep from goats

It appears from The Bible (and it makes perfect sense) that God deems it necessary, in order to expose to all of humanity good and bad the real thoughts and intents and hearts of men, to divide the real sheep from the real goats – those that really love God, from those that really love the world and would rather save their own skin than see truth prevail, making the closing scenes of history a matter of life and death – to eat or not eat – to work or not work. We can all say we show our allegiance to God with our minds and lips, but lip service will no longer do when the truth becomes ever more in focus to those that love God and delusion becomes ever stronger to those that don’t as the Mark appears.

Ultimately our actions will determine where our faith and our allegiance really lie, just as it did when Abraham took his faith into action when he tied his Isaac to the altar regardless of the possibility of losing his own son – just as God did later with Jesus.

The Antichrist if and when he comes onto the scene will attempt to do what all dictators do and have to date failed – namely to to gain total control of the world. And there is only ONE way to do this; to control ALL buying and selling. Basically control all money transactions. And of course this will be extrapolated to getting a job (or not being able to get one for all those that refuse this mark).

To summarise

If some person, some organisation or some government comes to you and says you must take this tattoo, this day of worship, this micro-chip, this barcode, this card or whatever, and buy not taking this thing you cannot buy and sell in any way at all – your allegiance will be tested beyond anything else that is likely to happen because this will be a matter of eating or not eating – and what better way could a dictator like the one described i the Bible see which side you are really on – just as it was with Shadrach Meshach and Abednego.

Here is something very important we need to know about The Mark; The Bible says; “and He causeth all to receive a Mark…” – not forced all to receive a mark…” What does this tell us? It tells us that most people will probably embrace this mark when it appears, and history and common sense tells us that this would be the way to go for anyone that wanted to impose such a thing on the entire population of the world. Any force would be greeted with resistance as it was in the past and defeated. This really will be a – if not – the – ‘strong delusion’ The Bible warns us about.

Finally though, however it happens, and it will as we see it taking shape right now, the message to all Christians must be; do not fear man – only fear God!

What is the Relationship Between God The Son and God The Father?

Q: What is the Relationship Between God The Son and God The Father?

How do you understand the relationship between God The Son and God The Father? because from what i read, they are One and The Same Person!??? kindly help.

A: The Bible says; “God is spirit” – so my understanding (not saying I’m correct) is that God needs to become a human in order to make a credible appeal to human’s – therefore His chosen method was for His spirit to enter and ‘posses’ if you like the flesh body we know as Jesus. So we have a perfect sinless spirit working and bringing Jesus’ flesh – what would otherwise be prone to sin – under control. The Bible says; “Jesus learned to become obedient” which I found incredibly frank of The Bible. So yes we have 2 separate entities, the Father (spirit) and the Son (flesh) becoming one at the same time.

The above is how I see Jesus as both fully man (in his flesh) and fully God/divine (having God’s spirit in full) at the same time and yet one being – a bit like we are 2 in one also; flesh and spirit. I am well aware some denominations do not see Jesus as divine but my belief is that it’s a necessity in order to make His demands for us to keep His commands a reasonable one (since I believe God to be perfectly reasonable) – i.e God (in Jesus) is saying do as I do – not just do as I say. As ever – these are our thoughts only so please ask Holy Spirit for guidance here to bring and guide you into all truth as He promises!

How Do I Discuss My Faith & Christianity with Relatives?

Discussing my Christian beliefs with family members that don’t share your view or understanding of doctrine or faith

Question: My mother-in-law is a follower of the Wicca belief and does not believe Jesus is the son of God. My husband turned his life over to Christ 12 years ago. He struggles with understanding the truth of discrepancies between our different beliefs and her’s, not realizing that she is constantly trying to break us apart through manipulation and witchcraft. I don’t know how to discuss anything with him that doesn’t lead to him defending her. Any advice will be helpful.

Answer/Response: sorry if I headed the question wrong but this seemed a general title that was appropriate. This is a very difficult situation and I know exactly the kind of thing you are struggling with having several family members that are unbelievers and very closed when it comes to discussion – often leading to heated and over emotional arguments that are not rooted in reality but emotional attachments. The problem is people love their families and their sins more than what is right and wrong and extricating them from these lifestyles and the thought of losing a relative is too much. I would not seek to disprove wiccan ideas to your husband but simply state biblical truths and concentrate on loving these people even more – probably not easy! Your life is the book that people are reading to see what is right and wrong and they soon put 2 and 2 together when they only see the opposite of love coming from people of other faiths. Second, concentrate on reading the word yourself and to him, and when you encounter people like your mother in law – don’t rely on arguments of clever apologetics or doctrines – you’ll be going round in circles forver as people that don’t love God love to endlessly debate to they never have to come to the truth. Just quote the loving scriptures from The Bible. Why?.. well I have come to realise after many years of trying to win people with my own knowledge and understanding that that The Word – God’s written testimony and word really is sharper than any two edged sword just as The Bible says, and can work miracles in people’s hearts. The other thing is, that by reading the word it is not coming from you – it is coming from 6000 years of collective wisdom written by godly people whereas when it comes from our own knowledge, there is often a lot of pride between family members that stops the word from even being heard. So just quote directly from it in love – not to score points but to soften hearts. Believe me, when people hear the word they may give the impression that there has been no effect but it pierces the heart, and it may be some time later that the fruit is seen. I pray God opens the eyes of your family members and you have strength to stay calm and love them despite these issues.

Bible Verses…

John 13:34-35 ESV / 6
“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

1 Peter 3:15-16 ESV / 44
But in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect, having a good conscience, so that, when you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame.

Colossians 2:1-23 ESV / 18
For I want you to know how great a struggle I have for you and for those at Laodicea and for all who have not seen me face to face, that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I say this in order that no one may delude you with plausible arguments. For though I am absent in body, yet I am with you in spirit, rejoicing to see your good order and the firmness of your faith in Christ.

Acts 19:9 ESV / 8
But when some became stubborn and continued in unbelief, speaking evil of the Way before the congregation, he withdrew from them and took the disciples with him, reasoning daily in the hall of Tyrannus.
