How To Keep Your Heart Healthy and Improve Circulation – Naturally!

You might want to take a look at this wonder spice that God gave us in nature. Whilst there are tonnes and tonnes of nonsense and old wives tales about X supplement and Y supplement ‘helping’ so and so illness (I know a lot of it is rubbish as I used to work for a supplement company that literally mixed anything with anything and spun all sorts of bogus lines about it helping certain conditions when it clearly was not proved and misleading consumers), in contrast, quite a lot of REAL research has been done on turmeric and curcumin and the results quite startling.

Check out this video and others by this guy as I have watched hundreds of charlatans on youtube but this guy’s research and reports I trust since he is not selling anything or being paid by the curcumin ‘lobby’, or has shares in a company pushing this product or that as do so many of these self-appointed youtube health gurus.

Rejection Help & Guidance

Rejection Advice. Help for a Christian Who’s Being Rejected

depressed-lady-onwhiteTo love – or Not to Love…

What’s worse – loosing the partner you love or loosing a million pounds? You can’t concentrate, – you’re not interested in anyone else, you can’t eat, – and all this even though you knew it would never work! Well, such is the bonding that occurs between us men and women and I guess it’s the reason why God wants us to make a good choice in who we marry!

Our recommended books on Christian rejection at AMAZON >>

It’s tempting after an experience like this to feel like never loving again. But before you take this drastic measure take a little look at this piece of wisdom…

to love…

“To love at all is to be vulnerable. Love anything, and your heart will certainly be wrung and possibly broken. If you want to make sure of keeping it intact, you must give your heart to no one. Not even an animal. Wrap it carefully with hobbies and luxuries, avoid all entanglements and keep it safe in the casket of your selfishness. But in the casket – safe, dark, motionless, airless – it will change. It will become unbreakable, impenetrable, irredeemable”. C.S Lewis The Four Loves

Dealing with Rejection by Others

Thankfully Jesus new all about rejection! He was “despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering.”
(Isaiah 53:3, NIV).

In fact there would be little or no point in believing in a creator or saviour that wasn’t familiar with our suffereings. There is a deep mystery in suffering and rejection that actually teaches us about the meaning and value of love. For it is only when rejected that we are forced to re-think and question our values and beliefs.

open-bibleonwhiteWhat The Bible Says on How To Deal with Rejection

We reject God when we refuse His offer of salvation. Matthew 21:42, NIV. “Jesus said to them, “Have you never read in the Scriptures, the stone the builders rejected has become the capstone”

Anyone who rejects God is a fool., Psalm 14:1, TLB. “That man is a fool who says to himself, “There is no God! Anyone who talks like that is warped and evil and cannot really be a good person at all.”

Masturbation Help & Advice & The Bible Part 1

Advice & Help for Christians with Masturbation

Does The Bible say anything on Masturbating?

Many of you are probably stunned at the heading.  I know – I was kind of worried about putting it there myself.  However, I think that this is an important subject to cover, and this is the reason why – Each week I can review the search strings that teens search with on the Christian Teens site, and Masturbation is in the top 10 list.  Christian Teens are searching for advice on Masturbation.

Surprisingly, the Bible has very little to say about masturbation.  Masturbation is a topic that is rarely discussed among Christians, and is often embarrassing to teens.  If you masturbate – do not worry – you are not strange – in fact almost every teenager masturbates, they just often are too afraid to admit to it.

Teens however often have many questions about it – and of course the Internet is a private way to look for information.  However, the Internet can also be a dangerous place to look for this kind of information.

 Is Masturbating a Sin?

I have spent the last 3 hours searching the net for Christian responses to the subject of Masturbation, and let me tell you – it is hard to find without bringing up all kinds of trash, and there is not a lot of Christian Web sites that address the subject of Masturbation.

Therefore I have tried to create a list of safe web sites to review, that discuss the topic of Masturbation from a Christian viewpoint.  Click on the topics to the left to find out more.

These web sites answer questions such as:

Is Masturbation a Sin?
What does the Bible Say about Masturbating?
What are the myths of Masturbating?

Some of the web sites also cover overcoming addiction to pornography and masturbation, as well as methods for quitting all together.

I know that many of you are also going to ask what I think about Masturbation, so I guess I should tell you.  I do not believe that the act of Masturbation is a sin.  However, I definitely believe that Lust is.  I believe that masturbation causes one to lust, and therefore should be avoided unless it can be done without lusting – which I think would be very hard to do.

Make sure to click on the discussion questions to let us know what you think about masturbation.
